Jacqueline Sa (they/them) is a Bay Area-based first-generation Chinese-Vietnamese American educator, facilitator, and organizer.

I’m a dedicated facilitator, educator, and organizer committed to fostering transformative learning, equity, and collective action. With over nine of experience designing and leading inclusive spaces, I work at the intersections of social justice, community building, and experiential education. I bring clarity, compassion, and a deep commitment to co-creating spaces where everyone has the tools and support to lead, learn, and act.

  • I design and deliver workshops, trainings, and curricula that support learning across difference—centering anti-oppression frameworks, critical pedagogy, and embodied practices. They have worked with a wide range of communities, from grassroots organizations to educational institutions and nonprofits, tailoring learning experiences that are both rigorous and responsive.

  • Grounded in principles of collective liberation and mutual aid, I’ve led and supported campaigns, community initiatives, and coalition efforts aimed at addressing systemic injustice and building more just, resilient futures.
